My multi-cultural afternoon bite: New Guinea
coffee in Moomi Cup from Finland; Dutch tomato and Turkish wild (yes, it
moves a bit, I think) gurkin on Norwegian Jarlsberg cheese, ajvar red
pepper mix from Croatia on hardcore finnish rye bread
(it takes the equivalent of a horses bite to pierce its dry rhino-skin
like structure. My late father lost his front teeth battling Finnish
rye-bread). Swedish tray, Tiogruppen, 80s design. The Chinese copy of
Saarinen's Tulip table sits on a Persian nomad rug. Chair a Danish
Wegener design, made in China. I am made in Finland.
